Surrender of certificate.—Every diagnostic laboratory who ceases to carry on the running of a diagnostic laboratory shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Health Services in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 20 of the manner in which every sample held by him has been disposed of.
