Application for registration.—Every landholder carrying on the holding of land shall make an application for registration to the Board of Revenue in Form 8, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every register of holdings held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
