Application for registration.—Every nidhi company carrying on the business of a nidhi shall make an application for registration to the Debts Recovery Tribunal in Form C, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every deposit held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
