Surrender of certificate.—Every sponsor of a competition who ceases to carry on the sponsoring of a competition shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the National Sports Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every certificate of recognition held by him has been disposed of.
