Intimation of change.—Every subscriber shall intimate to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, in Form 10 and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
