Fees.—The fee of one thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of fifty rupees payable on any other application under these bye-laws shall be paid to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form 13; and the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within sixty days of its receipt.
