Surrender of certificate.—Every subscriber who ceases to carry on subscription to a pension scheme shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 19 of the manner in which every account held by him has been disposed of.
