Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these bye-laws shall be kept at the office of the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner in the custody of the Enforcement Officer, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner; and where the Enforcement Officer having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form 10 within thirty days of the succession.
