Report to the Government.—The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner shall prepare, within ninety days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these bye-laws during that year, of the number of subscribers whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Central Government and publish it within one hundred and twenty days of its preparation.
