Definitions.—In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 2013 (23 of 2013); (b) "subscriber" means a person carrying on subscription to a pension scheme; (c) "scheme" means a scheme received, held or disposed of by a subscriber in the course of subscription to a pension scheme; (d) "Form 13" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
