Production of records.—Every alternative investment fund shall, on request by the Executive Director, produce the certificate of registration and the records maintained under these regulations for inspection at the premises where the pooling of funds for investment is carried on, and shall furnish with them a written statement explaining every entry in the record which relates to any unit not held at those premises.
