Surrender of certificate.—Every electrical contractor who ceases to carry on the execution of electrical installation work shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Ombudsman in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every storage tank held by him has been disposed of.
