Intimation of change.—Every electrical contractor shall intimate to the Ombudsman, in Form I and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Ombudsman shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
