Intimation of change.—Every gratuity trust shall intimate to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, in Form 13 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
