Surrender of certificate.—Every dormant company who ceases to carry on the holding of assets by a dormant company shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form INC-22 of the manner in which every annual return held by him has been disposed of.
