Application for registration.—Every multi-system operator carrying on the operation of a multi-system cable network shall make an application for registration to the Registering Authority in Form VI, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every copy of a book held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
