Surrender of certificate.—Every architect certifying a project who ceases to carry on the certification of construction shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Rent Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every apartment held by him has been disposed of.
