Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any recipient of foreign contribution dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Export Inspection Council in Form ANF-5A, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every importer-exporter code then held; and the Export Inspection Council shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
