Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the dealer shall apply to the Insecticides Board in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Insecticides Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
