Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any dealer dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Insecticides Board in Form E, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every stock register then held; and the Insecticides Board shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
