Application for registration.—Every dealer carrying on the sale of seeds shall make an application for registration to the Insecticides Board in Form H, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every stock register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
