Surrender of certificate.—Every dealer who ceases to carry on the sale of seeds shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Insecticides Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every fertiliser held by him has been disposed of.
