Surrender of certificate.—Every scrapping facility who ceases to carry on the scrapping of motor vehicles shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Transport Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 20 of the manner in which every certificate of fitness held by him has been disposed of.
