Application for registration.—Every commission agent carrying on the business of a commission agent shall make an application for registration to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in Form F, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every account of sales held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
