Intimation of change.—Every secured creditor shall intimate to the Debts Recovery Tribunal, in Form H and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Debts Recovery Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
