Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a metro railway shall apply to the Railway Claims Tribunal in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Railway Claims Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
