Application for registration.—Every operator of a metro railway carrying on the working of a metro railway shall make an application for registration to the Railway Claims Tribunal in Form F, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every register of consignments held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ten days from that date.
