Intimation of change.—Every printer of election material shall intimate to the State Election Commission, in Form 2B and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Election Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
