Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the warehouse keeper shall apply to the Commissioner in Form GST EWB-01 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Commissioner shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
