Application for registration.—Every occupier carrying on the running of an industry shall make an application for registration to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form III, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every consent held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
