Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a fuel station who ceases to carry on the running of a fuel station shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the National Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every installation held by him has been disposed of.
