Surrender of certificate.—Every organiser of a public assembly who ceases to carry on the holding of a public assembly shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every register held by him has been disposed of.
