Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951 (Madhya Pradesh Act 30 of 1951); (b) "trustee" means a person carrying on the administration of a trust; (c) "account" means a account received, held or disposed of by a trustee in the course of the administration of a trust; (d) "Form D" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
