Definitions.—In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997 (24 of 1997); (b) "licensee" means a person carrying on the provision of telecommunication services; (c) "register of subscribers" means a register of subscribers received, held or disposed of by a licensee in the course of the provision of telecommunication services; (d) "Form A" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
