Application for registration.—Every practitioner of Indian medicine carrying on the practice of Indian medicine shall make an application for registration to the Drugs Controller in Form 21, within fourteen days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every batch held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
