Regulation 2, National Medical Commission (Licensing of Practitioners of Indian medicine) Regulations, 2022 [S7C-W6H]

Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the National Medical Commission Act, 2019 (30 of 2019); (b) "practitioner of Indian medicine" means a person carrying on the practice of Indian medicine; (c) "drug" means a drug received, held or disposed of by a practitioner of Indian medicine in the course of the practice of Indian medicine; (d) "Form 29" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
