Intimation of change.—Every distribution licensee shall intimate to the Grievance Redressal Forum, in Form V and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Grievance Redressal Forum shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
