Fees.—The fee of five thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of two hundred rupees payable on any other application under these regulations shall be paid to the Central Government by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form ADT-1; and the Central Government shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within sixty days of its receipt.
