Intimation of change.—Every creditor shall intimate to the Central Government, in Form PAS-3 and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Central Government shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
