Intimation of change.—Every aggregator shall intimate to the Licensing Authority, in Form 30 and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Licensing Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
