Surrender of certificate.—Every bar licensee who ceases to carry on the sale of liquor for consumption on the premises shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Excise Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every excisable article held by him has been disposed of.
