Application for registration.—Every lessee carrying on prospecting operations shall make an application for registration to the Government of Haryana in Form F, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees and a statement of every mining plan held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three hundred and sixty-five days from that date.
