Surrender of certificate.—Every lessee who ceases to carry on prospecting operations shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Haryana in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every mineral held by him has been disposed of.
