Intimation of change.—Every immediate employer shall intimate to the Standing Committee, in Form 6 and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Standing Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
