Application for registration.—Every whistle blower carrying on the making of public interest disclosures shall make an application for registration to the Competent Authority in Form G, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every certified copy held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
