Intimation of change.—Every contractor engaged by a Panchayat shall intimate to the Block Development Officer, in Form 7 and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Block Development Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty rupees.
