Surrender of certificate.—Every nominee of a member who ceases to carry on the receipt of benefits as nominee shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Recovery Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 11 of the manner in which every contribution held by him has been disposed of.
