Intimation of change.—Every lessee of a village tank shall intimate to the District Panchayat, in Form 3 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Panchayat shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
