Application for registration.—Every owner of a container freight station carrying on the operation of a container freight station shall make an application for registration to the Authority for Advance Ruling in Form GSTR-9, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every goods held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ten days from that date.
