Intimation of change.—Every manufacturer of fireworks shall intimate to the Government of Uttarakhand, in Form VIII and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Uttarakhand shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
